Role Overview The P&O Cruises Guest Experience team is at the heart of our fleet operation. As the first point of contact for our shipboard leadership team, we help them to navigate between ship and shore as a source of advice and support. We plan to meet the changing needs of our guests, and we inspire and lead our crew to SHINE as they deliver our guest service programme. And when things aren’t quite right, we do what it takes to recover brilliantly This pivotal role will involve: Acting as the key conduit for operational information, ensuring colleagues are kept informed of the latest Guest Experience initiatives and plans, while aligning messaging with other communications teams for consistency. Using expert writing skills to create clear, concise documents that communicate operational policies and procedures, ensuring timely, manageable, and engaging delivery of information to drive operational consistency. Utilising your creative design and copywriting abilities to produce engaging materials such as periodicals, briefing packs, and presentations, while collaborating with the in-house design studio and third-party creatives to effectively communicate key messages and actions. This role is positioned at CUK09 level within our organization and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
