About the Role This role exists to lead and grow high-impact, multi-channel marketing programmes while acting as a trusted client partner. You’ll manage relationships with enterprise-level clients, ensuring their marketing strategies are not only executed flawlessly but also drive measurable commercial success. As a Programme Lead, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the role, working closely with our teams in the UK and spending up to three months annually in the US to collaborate with international clients. What You’ll Be Doing Own and lead multi-channel CRM marketing programmes, ensuring they align with client business objectives. Manage senior client relationships, acting as a strategic adviser to key stakeholders and C-suite executives. Develop and present strategic marketing plans, showcasing innovative ideas to drive engagement and retention. Oversee programme budgets and forecasting, ensuring campaigns are profitable and deliver measurable ROI. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including strategists, creatives, developers, and analysts. Drive account growth Ensure seamless execution of marketing automation, personalisation, and segmentation strategies. Mentor and lead team members, fostering a culture of high performance and innovation. What You’ll Have Experience in programme, account, or strategic project management within a digital or CRM-focused agency. Expertise in multi-channel CRM marketing, including email, lifecycle marketing, content strategy, and paid digital advertising. Exceptional client-facing skills, with experience managing relationships at a senior and executive level. Strong commercial acumen, with a proven ability to scale accounts and drive business growth. Experience managing cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and delivery. Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, customer segmentation, and data-driven marketing. Flexibility to travel internationally (US travel required for up to three months per year). Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
