We are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant, full-time, permanent at £28,000 working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Main Duties:
A key part of the Finance team, the Accounts Payable Clerk ensures the accuracy and fidelity of the purchase ledger.
The AP Clerk will process and post invoices and credit notes to the ledger, make payments to suppliers in line with agreed terms, reconcile the ledgers against supplier statements, and work with operational staff to resolve any supplier invoicing issues.
The AP Clerk will also play a role in the month-end process, posting journals and meeting relevant deadlines, as well as any other ad-hoc duties as required by their line manager.
