Responsibilities of a Social Worker in the Permanence Team:
16. You will be working within the 'Permanence' team, managing a complex caseload
17. You will be providing a high-quality, effective social work service to respond to the needs of children and their families in a timely manner and within statutory guidelines
18. Your role will involve assessing, planning and delivering focused interventions to safeguard children and promote positive outcomes
Requirements:
19. Social Work Qualification
20. 1+ years experience
21. Newly Qualified Social Workers currently working through their ASYE are welcome to apply
22. Social Work England registration
23. A passion for achieving the best outcomes for children through direct work
24. A creative and innovative approach
25. Looked After Children or Permanence experience would be highly desirable but not essential.
