The post holder should work well under the overall supervision of the Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Team Manager. You will be required to undertake the duties of the post and also deputise in the absence of the Clinical Lead. Active participation will be required in the training and education of learners allocated to the community settings, and will also encourage integration between the ward teams and the community services. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate being fully IT literate. Support is given by way of regular meaningful supervision and appraisal, reflective practice and Trust wellbeing services of advice and counselling. Continuous Professional Development is supported and encouraged. Successful candidates must be compliant with all mandatory training, obtain a satisfactory Enhanced Criminal Records Disclosure Certificate and hold full registration with the NMC or registered allied health professionals.
