Our client, an expanding business in the entertainment sector, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their CEO. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience of providing 1:1 support (business and private) while working closely with the wider leadership team, in a fast-paced environment.
This position is ideal for an Executive Assistant with gravitas, exceptional communication skills, commercial acumen, drive and energy. You’ll bring outstanding organisational skills to juggle multiple and changing priorities, while delivering exceptional Executive assistance and consistently producing quality work to the highest of standards.
Role: Executive Assistant to CEO
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 (DOE) plus benefits
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: West End, London
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactive and complex diary management – managing changing priorities, keeping on top of diary clashes and ensuring CEO's time is proactively managed.
* Meeting management support: ensuring CEO and attendees have all the required information ahead of meetings including directions, location and printed documents.
* Attending meetings and taking minutes ensuring follow up of actions and progress updates.
* Gatekeeping and point of contact for enquiries and requests.
* Supporting projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO, tracking priorities and deliverables and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Preparing and managing itineraries for international business travel and events, arranging flights, transfers and hotels and all logistics.
* Finance Administration (expenses management, invoicing etc).
* Personal administration tasks, ensuring alignment against business priorities.
Required Skills and Competencies:
* 5 years + experience within a similar role.
* A high degree of discretion and integrity, used to working with confidential information.
* Confident, articulate, extremely proactive and able to act on their initiative, demonstrating excellent written and communication skills and having an adaptable and flexible attitude towards work.
* Previous experience in writing minutes.
* Ability to prioritise demands and have excellent attention to detail.
* Strong organisational skills, able to influence others to meet deadlines and maintain composure under pressure.
