We’re looking for a dynamic Category Manager to lead relationships with key skincare and makeup suppliers, drive commercial initiatives, and deliver consistent category growth. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, education, and supply chain teams to align strategies and execute plans that make an impact.
What you’ll do:
Manage day-to-day supplier relationships.
Build and execute promotional plans to drive growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally to represent top-tier brands.
Monitor the market to spot new opportunities.
What you’ll bring:
3+ years in a service-driven environment.
Strong data analysis, negotiation, and organizational skills.
P&L awareness and the ability to lead and influence.
Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and project management.
