Our client, a leading retail brand in Kent, is looking for a strong eCommerce Manager to join their team.
The role is a permanent, full-time position, requiring attendance at the office at least 3 days a week with 2 days working from home.
You will own the daily trading of the website and be proficient in Google Analytics. Responsibilities include:
1. Reporting KPIs to senior stakeholders.
2. Ensuring products are promoted within guidelines.
3. Creating and managing the digital trading calendar.
4. Owning the customer journey and conversion rate optimisation.
5. Providing consistent insights and recommendations.
6. Liaising with all stakeholders.
If you also have experience in email marketing and managing agencies for performance, this will enhance your application.
You should be proactive and commercial in your approach, capable of working well within a team and autonomously.
