Main duties of the job As a Registered Manager, you will be at the forefront of our residential care services, leading a team of Care Managers and Assistant Care Managers to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of the autistic young people in our care. You will work closely with theExecutiveteam to meetOfstedrequirements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving improvements, delivering high-quality care, and maintaining an outstanding standard of safeguarding practice. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of care and learning programs, ensuring that they are tailored to meet individual needs, and supporting the recruitment, training, and development of a dedicated care team. Collaboration with our Learning teams will be key to achieving the best outcomes for the young people we support. About us Prior's Court was set up by Founding Patron Dame Stephanie Shirley, whose vision of a centre of excellence for children with autism became reality with the opening of Prior's Court School in 1999. We have since grown to support around 90 young people with autism aged between 5-25 years with the opening of Prior's Court Young Adult Provision in 2011.Since opening, our support team has grown from around 20 to 500 and we have built a reputation as a leading edge educational, vocational, and residential facility for young people with autism.
