Initially a temporary assignment, with the hope to transition to a permanent, salaried role with the company, with great scope for progression within the company as it grows. About The Company: Focusing on delivering premium, custom-designed loft conversions, ensuring top-notch quality and customer satisfaction. With an increasing client base and growing demand, now searching for a capable and organised all-rounder to drive project delivery while the owner concentrates on expanding the business. The Role: As the Project Manager, you will be the number two in the company, responsible for managing multiple projects across southeast London. You will oversee every aspect of loft conversion projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our exacting standards. Projects typically take 10-12 weeks, and your ability to manage teams, plan work, and maintain quality will be critical customer satisfaction and company success. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all stages of loft conversion projects from start to finish Coordinate and work with tradespeople, including carpenters and dryliners, on-site Ensure high attention to detail in line with our bespoke service offering Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion Liaise with clients to keep them informed and ensure their satisfaction Maintain a high standard of health and safety on-site Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving on-site as needed Report directly to the company owner and support with business growth What We’re Looking For: Extensive experience in loft conversions or similar residential construction projects Strong all-round construction skills (carpentry, drylining, etc.) Proven leadership ability and experience managing construction teams Highly organised and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship Strong communication and client management skills Full UK driving license and ability to travel to various sites across southeast London What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to grow with the business and take on a senior leadership role A supportive and professional working environment Potential for long-term career progression as the business expands If you're an organised, hands-on professional with a passion for delivering high-end, bespoke projects, we’d love to hear from you
