Business Intelligence Business Partner

Aviva’s Personal Lines Business is expanding its Business Intelligence team, and we’re looking for a talented BI Business Partner to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with our Trading business areas, understanding their needs and priorities to drive data-driven decision-making through innovative BI solutions.
Key Aspects of the Role:
As a BI Business Partner, you will be the crucial link between The BI Team and our Retail, Broker and Strategic Partner trading teams. Your role will involve understanding the key stakeholders’ needs, business area, and strategic priorities. You will liaise with the business areas to convert these requirements into new BI reports, dashboards, and insights. Your ability to build strong relationships will be essential in embedding yourself into the business areas and ensuring the successful delivery of BI solutions in collaboration with the BI Delivery and BI Engineering teams.
Key Skills and Experience:
1. Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building: Proven experience in understanding and translating stakeholder needs into actionable BI solutions, with strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships.
2. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
3. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business strategy and priorities to align BI solutions with organizational goals.
4. Requirements Gathering & Project Management: Experience in gathering requirements, managing projects, and ensuring timely delivery of BI solutions.
5. QlikSense Proficiency: Experience in using QlikSense dashboards (or similar) to derive and present insights would be advantageous.
What you’ll get for this role:
1. Starting salary circa £55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
