There is a 12-Month FTC opportunity for you here as a Contract Support administrator on our University of Lincoln contract.
Carrying out all administration to support the effective running of our client contract
Working closely with Managers and Finance to support all financial processes relating to the contract and co-ordinating any additional costs relating to suppliers or subcontractors
Previous experience of undertaking basic financial support – invoicing/WIP/inputting timesheets and expenses
Basic commercial awareness – working within SLA’s and KPI’s
Microsoft Office IT Skills
Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm.

Experience working as a Contract Administrator within an FM environment would be highly desirable
· Extensive Excel experience
