Description The Conversational Shopping team is looking for a Lead AI Editor to drive its efforts in delivering a seamless, fluent, and locally-relevant experience for AI-assisted shopping in German. Part editor, part team lead, they will set and drive the vision for the tone and language our Large Language Models will be trained to adopt in German across the team. Key job responsibilities - Write, edit, and annotate short-form content that will be used to evaluate and train our AI models - Define, align and guide stakeholders in implementing style guidelines for Generative AI shopping experiences - Uphold response quality using customer feedback to continually drive improvements across team processes - Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance the quality of evaluation and annotation tasks - Create and use frameworks for Prompt Generation and Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) to improve the fluency of our AI models - Work closely with product, science and engineering stakeholders to prioritise and complete projects within deadlines Basic Qualifications - Strong experience in Editing, PR, Marketing, Communications, Copywriting, Journalism, UX/CX Product or Program management - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Communications or comparable fields - Bilingual fluency inEnglish and German - Exceptional written and oral communication skills - Highly effective at writing and assessing short form content across diverse subject matters - Experience in defining and owning project objectives, requirements, and delivery - High attention to detail while managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously Preferred Qualifications - Experience working in Generative AI Editorial, Content Management, Prompt Engineering, Tutoring and/or Annotation - Experience in team management - Experience working with global and cross-functional teams to drive product improvements - Experience in documenting learnings, strategies, and proposals to present to leadership and stakeholders teams - Experience working with product and tech teams to develop, launch, or improve tooling and/or user features for customers Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
