Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging training sessions, including Transport Manager CPC and compliance courses.
* Provide expert guidance on transport legislation and industry best practices.
* Develop and enhance training materials to keep courses relevant and impactful.
* Identify business opportunities to support our mission and financial goals.
* Travel across the UK (with occasional international opportunities) to reach a wide audience.
Requirements
* Strong training expertise – Confidence in delivering courses to diverse audiences.
* Customer-focused approach – Ability to tailor training solutions to different needs.
* Industry knowledge – Strong understanding of transport legislation & compliance.
* Excellent communication & organisation skills – Ability to engage and inspire learners
* Relevant qualifications – Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent), Transport Manager CPC (Road Haulage & Passenger Operations preferred.
* A full UK driver’s license and willingness to travel is essential.
