(Please note the responsibilities listed below are not exhaustive)The purpose of this role is: Deliver high-quality projects executed flawlessly 100% safety record with zero accidents across project delivery Adhere to CAPEX budgets with a view to both individual project budgets and overall department/ site/ company CAPEX budgets Ensure the complete delivery of the project scope while avoiding any scope creep. Forecast and update spend profiles, ensuring accurate financial planning and control Prepare and present Project approval presentations for review at up to MD level Ensure regular, accurate comms is maintained with all key and relevant stakeholders. Engage with support functions such as Procurement and Legal to ensure robust procedures are followed Follow the Weetabix EEM process for all projects RequirementsNon-negotiables Recognised Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) Suitable safety qualifications (i.e. SMSTS, FAAW or IOSH) Competent with MS Office and standard Engineering applications Project Management Qualification, Prince 2, APM ETC.
