In this role, you will:
* Create engaging lesson plans and activities that cater to the diverse needs of EYFS children, fostering a love of learning through exploration, creativity, and active participation.
* Provide individual and small group support to ensure every child is actively engaged and making good progress.
* Observe and assess children's development providing feedback to the teacher and contributing to their individual learning plans.
* Contribute to a warm, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment where all children feel safe, supported, and valued.
The ideal candidate:
* Passionate about Early Years Education: A genuine love for working with young children and a deep understanding of their developmental needs.
* Strong Planning & Preparation Skills: Experience in developing engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
* Excellent Communication & Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with teachers, other support staff, and parents.
* Creative & Enthusiastic: A positive and energetic approach to teaching, with the ability to bring learning to life.
