Corin is seeking a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Business Partner to manage all the recruitment activity across the global organization. This role is a crucial ambassadorial position in attracting the best talent, positioning Corin as an "Employer of Choice."
As the Recruitment Business Partner, you will forge robust key stakeholder relationships, work closely with the global HR team, and cultivate local commercial and educational partnerships externally.
This hybrid role sits within the HR team and you will be based at our global head office in Cirencester, Gloucestershire (2-3 days a week)

The ideal Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Business Partner should have the following qualities:
* Be a self starter as this is a stand alone Recruitment role
* Prior experience in recruitment and selection, whether in-house or via recruitment agencies, including headhunting and direct sourcing methods
* Ability to recruit for a wide range of roles - manufacturing, engineering, sales and marketing, finance, supply chain, HR, IT, R&D, quality, regulatory and clinical.
* Demonstrates robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong commercial awareness and flexibility to adapt to the different demands and needs of the business
* Enthusiastic, innovative, and exceptionally proactive
* A highly credible, solution-oriented team player
* Proficient in exerting influence with tact and diplomacy
* Proficient in recruitment legislation and practices across key markets
* Proficient in LinkedIn and possesses strong IT skills in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and social media platforms.
The primary responsibilities of the Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Business Partner include:
* Spearheading recruitment initiatives and processes organization-wide in collaboration with the Global HR Director and regional HR leads/Business Partners
* Crafting innovative recruitment strategies to attract new talent and ensure a positive candidate journey
* Cultivating candidate/talent pipelines
* Establishing solid relationships with hiring managers to grasp their recruitment needs and objectives
* Identifying, headhunting, selecting, and onboarding exceptional candidates
* Advertising approved vacancies on relevant job boards, including social media channels
* Collaborating with local entities (Cirencester Chamber of Commerce) and educational institutions
