Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Practice Education Facilitator Team at Mersey & West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. You will join an established and growing team to support the Practice Education Facilitators, Head of Clinical Education, Undergraduate Administrator Coordinator and Clinical Education Team to provide high level and quality administrative support for non-medical pre-registration learners on placement. Main duties of the job Applicants will require excellent customer care, communication, and organisational skills to cope with a demanding workload in a busy and changing work environment. The successful applicant will also require a flexible approach to working and will be dedicated, hardworking, enthusiastic, and highly motivated. The successful post holder will have administration experience within healthcare or education settings, and they will be an excellent team player with an ability to communicate effectively across teams and departments. They will also be dynamic and innovative to develop and implement their own ideas to continually improve the clinical education administrative service. They will be responsible for: The planning, organisation and provision of administrative support for non-medical pre-registration learners on placement in the Trust.
