We are now looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join our dedicated team. The Role: We are seeking a motivated and caring EYFS Teacher who has a genuine passion for early childhood education and development. You will be responsible for delivering the EYFS curriculum, ensuring that each child’s educational needs are met through engaging, stimulating, and inclusive activities. You will work closely with fellow staff members and parents to ensure that each child’s potential is recognized and supported. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality teaching in line with the EYFS framework, ensuring a focus on play-based learning, child development, and emotional well-being. - Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for children to explore, learn, and develop. - Plan, assess, and deliver lessons tailored to meet the individual needs and interests of children. - Build strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed and involved in their child’s learning journey. - Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop effective teaching strategies and share best practices. - Monitor and assess children’s progress and provide feedback to help them reach their full potential. About You: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience of teaching within the EYFS. - A sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and its implementation. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents. - A creative, enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning, with the ability to inspire and motivate young children. - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a classroom effectively and create engaging learning environments.
