Financial Controller/Finance Manager Location: Edmonton, London About Beyond Supply Group: J.W. We supply with all the best bakeries, patisseries and coffee shops in London and UK We are looking for a Finance Manager who will manage the financial operations within this fast growing Wholesale Group. The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with a strong experience as a Finance Manager/Financial controller, with the ability to work independently and carry out multiple tasks simultaneously. The FC will be based in the company offices in London and will be required to travel from time to time. They will report to the MDs and Company Accountant. Responsibilities of The Finance Manager; Produce monthly management information to senior management Preparation of weekly flash figures Assist Company Accountant in preparation of Annual Accounts Develop, oversee and manage company and departmental budgets Develop cash flow forecasting and maintain a long-term cash forecast and cash flow management. Oversee credit control and ensure tight controls on company debtor book Managing an invoicing finance facility in line with cash flow requirements. Managing day to day relationships with Bank. Key partner to the senior management and other Heads of Departments in all strategic and operational areas of the business. Managing the day-to-day activities of the finance team, including reconciliations and debt collection processes within the business. Review of costs within the business to ensure in line with budget and report to MD any potential savings or unexpected costs. Monitor and assess all business workflows from a financial perspective for better ROI, KPIs and efficiency. Skills Required: ACA, ACCA or CPA qualified with 5 years commercial experience Ability to review process from broad to drill down perspective and strive for efficiency and effectiveness. An all-rounder with an ability to roll up sleeves and dig in. Ability to operate independently. Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
