Job Title: KS2 General Teaching Assistant
Location: Skelmersdale, Lancashire (WN8)
Pay Rate: £12.90 - £13.20 per hour.
Working Hours: 8.45 am - 3.30 pm (Monday to Friday).

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who may need additional help.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Support the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) where necessary.
- Assist with classroom management and Behavior support.
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of learning materials.
Requirements:
- Genuine passion for education and supporting children's development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment.
- Experience working in Key Stage 2 is desirable but not essential.
