As Sales Enablement Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in equipping our sales team with training, resources, and strategies essential for both customer acquisition and retention.
Your area of responsibility:
* Develop onboarding and training programs to accelerate new sales team members’ ramp-up.
* Create and manage sales content, tools, and resources that streamline daily operations.
* Analyze sales performance metrics, continuously adjusting training for optimal results.
* Collaborate with sales leadership to design initiatives that boost productivity and sales growth.
* Provide consistent support in aligning messaging, processes, and sales tactics.
