An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well-established and independent IT Service Provider. This company delivers a range of IT support services, including help desk support, rapid response on-site repair, and maintenance for some of the most prestigious high-street brands.

Role Overview:
This role will support the Finance Officer - Purchase Ledger, working across multiple companies within the group. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase Ledger:
1. Process invoices, credit notes, company expenses, and Barclaycard transactions, ensuring accuracy before and after posting.
2. Administer and process company expense claims and credit card expenditure in line with company policy.
3. Prepare and complete payment runs efficiently.
4. Liaise with purchasing teams, department managers, and other key stakeholders to resolve queries via phone, email, or in person.
5. Ensure adherence to strict deadlines, distribute invoices, and manage supplier statements.
