Credit Controller/Accounts | Permanent | Telford | FT/PT | Hybrid | £25,000-£28,000 Seymour John is working in partnership with a company based in Telford to recruit a Credit Controller on a full-time or part-time basis (salary pro-rata for part-time hours). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in managing and maintaining the company’s credit control function. The Role As a Credit Controller/Accounts Payable officer, your key responsibilities will include: Managing and monitoring outstanding debt to ensure timely payments. Chasing overdue invoices via phone, email, and written communication. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth credit control processes. Resolving payment queries and negotiating repayment plans where necessary. Processing and reconciling payments received. Collaborating with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and account management. About You The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
