This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established FMCG business as a Health & Safety Coordinator, working within a highly experienced team where development and responsibility go hand in hand from day one.
The Role:
You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the health and safety standards are met across all operations. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting regular health and safety audits.
2. Implementing safety policies and procedures.
3. Providing training and support to staff on health and safety practices.
4. Reporting on health and safety performance and compliance.
5. Assisting in the development of safety programs.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a health and safety role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
2. NEBOSH or equivalent qualification.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
