Job Title: Senior Pensions Administrator
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Pensions Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be based in one of our offices in Redhill, Leeds or Welwyn.
About the Role:
* Take on advanced calculations and complex schemes (DB and/or DC) with expertise.
* Play an active role in mentoring and checking the work of junior associates.
* Deputise in the absence of the Team Leader and provide technical support on non-standard cases.
Responsibilities:
1. Work within an administration team to service member and client queries for DB and some DC pension schemes.
2. Collaborate with the Team Leader to ensure service level agreements and performance standards are met.
3. Check and challenge work performed by less experienced associates, ensuring accuracy and quality.
4. Train, support, and mentor junior associates, providing regular feedback sessions.
5. Assist in more complex/project work, including complaints handling.
6. Continuously identify areas for improving client/member service and communicate findings to the Team Leader.
7. Meet targets and deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Experience administering occupational pension schemes.
* Proven coaching and supporting skills for junior associates.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
* Strong time management, organisation, and prioritisation abilities.
* Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
* Customer-focused and committed to quality excellence.
* Proficient in computer systems and applications.
