General Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join Warner Bros Discovery, supporting our streaming platforms.
As a Coordinator within EMEA & APAC’s Reversioning & Certification Operations, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support across a range of departmental tasks and functions, with specific focus on certification data entry.
Working closely with the department Director, Senior Managers, Project Supervisor and Coordinator colleagues, you will be expected to use your initiative and strong communication skills to accurately track and apply data relating to regulatory requirements for content brands across the WBD portfolio.
This is a fantastic role for a candidate with a passion for content, a good understanding of Post-production workflows and some experience of working in a Broadcast environment. It is a great opportunity for a driven candidate to expand their skills into editorial work, compliance reviews and increase their knowledge of broadcast.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Programme certification data entry into various Scheduling systems
* Track multiple assets across Series and Films, covering all WBD brands
* Liaise with colleagues for relevant certification information
* Understand compliance and content-related terminology, enabling accurate data entry and the ability to spot, understand and trouble-shoot anomalies with Producers and Compliance Editors
* Catalogue available video files and make them available to Producers
* Respond to project queries and liaise with internal Stakeholders
* Prompt trouble-shooting and issue resolution
* Assist in the allocation of content to be reviewed
* Provide and support appropriate content and metrics reporting, ensuring all information is clear, accurate and up to date
* Update records to reflect corrections or new information.
* Ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
* At least a year of experience as a Coordinator, Runner or Production assistant in a fast-moving post-production environment.
* Knowledge and / or strong understanding of production, post-production workflows, jargons and deliverables
* Excellent organisational skills and a solutions focused approach
* Highly computer literate ie specifically knowledge of all Microsoft tools, including Sharepoint, One Drive, Powerpoint, Excel
* Meticulous attention to detail
* A motivated team player with the ability to communicate efficiently with colleagues.
* Ability to work within a team in a collaborative and supportive manner, but also take initiative and be a self-starter
* Understanding of and ability to interpret data provided by the Reversioning and Certification Producers and Compliance Editors
* A passion for content and knowledge of the Warner Bros Discovery brands
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Degree level – preferable
