Talent Development Manager – Possibl – London, UK (Hybrid)
Possibl are pleased to be exclusively recruiting on behalf of a forward thinking, global law firm for a Talent Development Manager to join their talent development team in London (hybrid working), on a permanent basis.
Working with a passionate and enthusiastic Head of Talent and Inclusion, you will take lead on managing multiple UK and some international-wide learning and talent development programmes. You will also join a well-established, high performing team at a firm with a big appetite for learning, offering a comprehensive L&D suite - an integral part of their strategy!

Required experience & knowledge:
* Proven leadership and line management experience, ideally within a similar senior L&D position
* Had exposure to course design and evaluation including training needs analysis
* Ability to manage multiple programmes and projects simultaneously
* Excellent stakeholder management skills at a senior level
* A creative thinker with an appetite in bringing new ideas to the team
* Professional services sector experience would be ideal
