Chef De Partie Salary Salary: £32-£35k Hours per week: 48 plus Duties: • Working closely with our Head Chef to deliver the highest standard of service and food • Ensuring that the kitchen team is legally compliant, meeting the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness • Maintaining good levels of organisation and prep levels appropriate to service • Helping to manage our costs and controls. • Responsibility for your own sections • Following recipe and presentation requirements with outstanding knowledge of our ingredients and menu specifications; delivering beautifully presented dishes We are looking for: • Individuals with five years or more relevant experience in a similar position of at least equivalent status to a Sous Chef position • Self-motivated professionals with excellent attention to detail • Real passion for cooking seasonal ingredients and creating showstopping dishes • Ability to work under intense pressure • Previous experience is essential
