The Opportunity
In the role of Web Application Developer, the successful applicant will work with colleagues across the Council to improve the online experience for our customers in line with stakeholder expectations and business needs. They will be working on development and implementation of the council's digital systems and associated integrated technologies. They will have an understanding of web analytics and customer-focussed end-to-end digital processes.
If you have proven experience in developing and managing digital processes within the GovService platform, or equivalent experience with another complex CRM implementation this role is for you. If you had existing knowledge of process mapping and experience working with AGILE methodology, that would be the cherry on top.
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have experience in at least one of the following areas:
* GovService: Development of forms, processes and integrations
* Microsoft stack: SharePoint and Power Platform
* Content Management Systems: Development of websites and Content Management Systems
* Experience of web technologies such as .Net, MVC and similar OOP language and/or CMS or the Microsoft.
