We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Estates & Lettings Manager to join a charity in Portsmouth on a part time basis.

Description
Estate & Lettings Management:
Instruct letting agents, approve tenants, set rent levels, manage leases, and handle legal documentation.
Act as an escalation point for finance issues, field maintenance requests, collect ground rents, and liaise on maintenance requirements.
Communicate major announcements and support events and visitor operations.
Insurance:
Assist with annual insurance renewals and liaise with brokers for premium allocation.
Budgeting & Finance:
Produce annual budgets, oversee service charges, insurance, utilities, and rent collection.
Service Charges & Utilities:
Prepare service charge budgets, procure electricity and gas contracts, and liaise with MOD on supply.
MOD Liaison:
Advise on lease covenants, brief MOD on transactions, and represent PHQ interests in MOD projects.
