We are looking for a proactive and flexible administrator to help achieve our vision for better access to dedicated mental health support in local community settings.
Oxford Health is excited to be improving access to mental health support across Oxfordshire through the introduction of community multi-disciplinary mental health support hubs. Making it easier for patients to obtain the help they need, when they need it, within their community.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, forward-thinking, has plenty of enthusiasm and motivation, and works well in a team. Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills are essential.
This role needs someone who is passionate about innovative integrated ways of working and a partnership approach to caring for people in need of mental health support.
In this role, you will support the existing administrator by taking on a vital role and be responsible for providing an excellent service for our service users. You will be taking phone calls from service users and professionals within and outside of the Trust. You will also be responsible for general administration duties for clinical staff, minute taking and data recording and collection.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
1. Handle general enquiries into the hub and determine the next onward process for the enquirer
2. Respond to email, telephone enquiries and written enquiries using a high level of initiative and responding in a confidential and sensitive way and action in the appropriate way
3. Organising meetings, co-ordinating the diaries of team members and providing administrative support as required
4. Collating information forms, sending forms onwards to individuals, teams, GP’s etc.
5. Provide a polite and efficient reception service to visitors if required
6. Provide administrative support to the team ensuring that there are effective administrative systems and procedures in operation

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to support the existing administrator and team manager get the Keystone Oxford Hub team established.
The service is Monday to Friday 9-5. The days to be covered are a Thursday & Friday.
