Please refer to the attached job description and person specification for full details of responsibilities. Be the main point of contact for general Estates and Facilities maintenance calls. Report jobs to the appropriate help desk when required. Assist with maintaining stocks and supplies, placing orders when necessary and use resources effectively, efficiently and economically. Assist and support new members of staff with building inductions. Provide health and safety and security information/training accordingly. Ensure Databases are kept up to date. Ensure records are maintained for deliveries received and collected from the building. Undertake administrative projects on behalf of the Corporate Office as and when requested. Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing post and deliveries. Advise colleagues when items arrive and maintain records of items collected. Send out site communications in the event of emergencies / urgent actions required. To utilise a variety of software packages to the best advantage in producing accurate documents and presentation material within agreed times limits. Review and develop IT skills in relation to the Trusts IT systems that are necessary to promote the Trusts corporate image ensuring all skills are kept up-to-date by attending courses when necessary. Extensive and competent use of Microsoft Outlook for emails and calendars.
