Front of House Assistant London Contract: Full Time, Permanent Salary: 13.85 Hours: 40 per week A stunning B&I location in London for a global investment company. Catering for approximately 300 people daily. We offer breakfast, lunch, barista coffee bar and lots of high end hospitality. This location also has a Biodigester. The role is a Monday to Friday operation. Additional benefits of this location are use of on site gym and the location. We are looking for a Front of House Assistant to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in London. You will ideally have previous experience of working within a fast-paced catering environment as a catering assistant or supervisor, you will be looking to take your career to the next level and progress into a managerial role. You will enjoy what you do, working with a great team, for a company fanatical about food serving wonderful customers. Main Duties: Serving and interacting with staff and pupils during mealtimes To maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in your area of concern To Maintain, wash, Store and Polish crockery, cutlery and glassware for everyday use. To provide the service of food/beverages and carry out any minor food preparation task To Prepare, set-up, serve, clear, clean and store away any food, beverage or equipment required for special functions. On a rota basis work additional hours during and out of term time to assist with lettings, functions and school events. Operate cleaning, dishwashing equipment. Properly clean and store equipment, service, preparation and storage areas. Complete all / any necessary cleaning/hygiene duties To assist with meal documentation procedures To assist in the service of all meals/functions when needed. Serve customers, visitors and guests to a high standard in line with Thomas Franks and client service standards and expectations Clean, fill, beverage machines and ensure all vending equipment is working correctly, We are looking for a friendly, customer focused individual who will interact well with our customers.
