Your purpose:
As a Senior Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for introducing our brand and our message to new clients. Working across RTS Consulting, and the wider Reed Group, your role will be to take our message to market and be the way through which we continue to grow and innovate our services and our business. Through working with our experienced teams, you will have the tools, training, and support to be able to help us continue on our growth journey.
What you’ll be doing:
Our Principal Consultants are responsible for generating new clients and new business for RTS Consulting.
In the role, you will be doing the following:
1. Working with the Managing Consultant to understand how to implement the Go To Market (GTM) Strategy within your target market
2. Executing that strategy within your target market through a range of sales and marketing approaches to include phone, email (directly and via HubSpot sequencing), social media (e.g. LinkedIn), responding to appropriate bids and tenders and networking through industry events and forums
3. Leading on bid responses to include drafting the responses for final sign-off by the Managing Consultant
4. Building networking both internally and externally to carry your message and support you in developing new opportunities and new business
5. Scoping new projects and services in partnership with our expert consultants and wider delivery team
6. Managing solution design process to ensure our solution meets the needs of the client
7. Drafting proposals and pricing for new services and projects
8. Managing a transition from initial sale through to delivery
9. Maintaining and growing relationships within current and new clients to ensure you remain as their go-to for our services
