We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated leader who will drive performance and lead through collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Nursing Officer as well as the wider Executive Team. Visibility is key but as a large trust spanning the whole of Lancashire and South Cumbria across hundreds of sites we very much support working flexibly.

As an Executive Director the Chief Operating Officer is responsible for leadership and delivery of the Trust's operational services, ensuring high quality care and delivery of performance standards are achieved through the networks and wider Trust. A key member of the Executive team, you will have the ability to build credibility, inspire confidence and demonstrably influence colleagues at all levels from ward and team to board.
All directors work as part of a cohesive team and are expected to take lead responsibility for corporate and Trust-wide outcomes above and beyond their immediate responsibilities; particularly to develop and deliver strategic transformation. Directors share responsibility and participate in the work to promote patient, servicer user and public involvement to achieve the corporate objectives of the Trust and effective communications with all colleagues and partners.
