Due to our continued growth and planned future expansion, we are looking to appoint a Health and Safety Specialist to oversee health and safety at our site located at Omega in Warrington, St Helens, UK, ensuring that WIOSS Witron On Site Services meets its legal and moral obligations to employees and customers.

Your role in our team
* Providing expert health, safety, and welfare advice and guidance to managers and project teams
* Delivering effective occupational health and safety services, including policy development, implementation, accident investigations, well-being initiatives, and problem solving
* Applying relevant experience in a health and safety environment, advising management on health and safety issues, interpreting UK Health and Safety legislation, and communicating confidently with managers, project teams, and customers
* Maintaining health and safety records, including first aid and rescue at heights documentation
* Implementing and delivering health and safety training on site
* Holding Mechanical or Electrical qualification to Level 3
* Membership of IOSH (minimum) and NEBOSH qualification required
* Having working knowledge of UK statutory requirements and compliance with current health and safety legislation
* Exhibiting excellent analytical, investigative, and communication skills
* Coaching on-site staff effectively
* Willingness and ability to travel within the UK and occasionally outside the UK
