We’re looking for a bold and forward-thinking Head of Supply Chain to lead delivery excellence and operational resilience across our Planning & Control function. Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home, or another remote location. As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.
What You Will Be Doing
With this attractive opportunity you will get a chance to:
* Lead a high-performing Planning & Control team, ensuring OTIF delivery across Original Equipment and Services supply chains.
* Own supply chain performance and risk management in partnership with internal customers and Supplier Management.
* Act as the functional leader and coach for Supply Chain Operations Managers and Delivery Controllers.
* Drive improvement initiatives and ensure tools, governance and processes support world-class supply chain execution.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

* Be confident in leading change programmes and stakeholder engagement at a senior level.
* Show proven experience managing people, developing talent, and building high-performance teams.
* Possess deep knowledge of supply chain risk management, planning and delivery frameworks.
* Thrive in matrix organisations, with the ability to prioritise and adapt in high-pressure situations.
