The Housekeeping Supervisor role: As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Open all year round, our Housekeeping Supervisors are assigned a specific number of cabins to manage each changeover day. Working alongside the housekeeping teams, you will ensure that the cabins meet our high brand standards of cleanliness. You will be a role model for the team, leading by example and ensuring high standards of service and professionalism. In this role you must deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest enjoys the perfect Forest Feeling experience. Your Responsibilities: Providing support and motivation to the Housekeeping Team to ensure high morale and productivity. Delivering adequate training to the team, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to meet our high standards. Ensuring each cabin is stocked with the correct inventory and meets our cleanliness and presentation standards. Conducting basic health and safety checks, such as inspecting smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. Monitoring and maintaining the quality of cabin cleanliness, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards. Providing support and motivation to the Housekeeping Team to ensure high morale and productivity. The ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with colleagues. A willingness to get involved, take initiative, and support the team as needed.
