This is a busy and varied role, with responsibilities including:
* Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
* Managing administrative tasks such as updating customer accounts
* Maintaining regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction
* Visiting customers in person
* Upselling/cross selling addtional services
* Working as part of a team to meet targets
To be considered for this role, you will need the following skills and experience:
* Previous experience in a customer focused role
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Proactive and able to identify opportunities to upsell
* High levels of attention to detail
* Team player with strong communication skills
* Car owner/driver to travel to visit customers (expensed)
The company offer a competitive salary of up to £30,000, plus bonus strucutre and onsite parking.
