Your 6 month role with us as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner or Primary Care Paramedic covers a wide scope, and ultimately allows autonomy in the role, with clinical support from our Practice Team when it is required. Can you offer first line help and assistance to our patients who are seeking care, and put a friendly, welcoming face to our practice? In addition to the Clinical Practice responsibilities already described, you will: demonstrate courageous and critical thinking and be a caring, compassionate and committed experienced practitioner (nurse or paramedic) who, acting within their professional boundaries, will provide care for the presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care. demonstrate safe, competent clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills, for patients within the general practice. communicate and work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures be an excellent communicator, demonstrating your verbal, written and listening skills with patients and your colleagues maintain accurate patient records at all times utilise appropriate available technology so support efficiency and effectiveness in your role
