About the role £43,931 per annum plus benefits Generous 8% non-contributary pension scheme 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) Leading the physical health services at Marine Court, one of our three rehabilitation centres, you will be part of a multi professional team of clinicians working collaboratively to meet an individual’s needs and help them reach their goals through a holistic approach. You will have access to state-of-the-art gym and rehabilitation equipment as well as innovative and cutting-edge digital technology to deliver rehabilitation programmes through both one to one and group work, remotely and face to face. You will use your expertise to guide a team of Physiotherapists and Exercise Therapists to provide support to our service users, both at our specialist rehabilitation centre and online through our digital platforms and apps. Through the design and delivery of exercise programmes, physiotherapy assessment, treatment and management your team will embrace an person centric approach. You will also work alongside our Psychological Services team to provide the relevant and required input to meet each service user's individual needs. You will also hold a small case load of your own and see a wide range of health conditions. You will also have substantial opportunities to be an active part of our ongoing service development. About You You will be based at Marine Court, our residential rehabilitation centre on the West Sussex coast, which has a wealth of leisure facilities available. Situated in the seaside town of Littlehampton, you are just a 5-minute walk from the beach, harbour and River Arun, and a short drive to the South Downs National Park. If you are an established Band 7 Physiotherapist looking to develop your skills in a forward-thinking, responsive field of healthcare, or a Band 6 Physiotherapist looking to enhance your skills and share your knowledge and expertise, this could be an exciting opportunity for you To be successful, you will: Have a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy or an alternative appropriate qualification in physiotherapy. Be registered with the HCPC Be a qualified Member of the CSP Have a broad range of physiotherapy skills, including MSK Ideally have experience of supporting people with neurological, long term, mental health and complex conditions.
