Now, we’re seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join our team and help us continue making a difference. In this role, you’ll take the lead in nurturing relationships with our valued customers while driving the adoption of our Lone Worker Protection Solutions. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of your team, inspiring them to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional service. By crafting tailored strategies for each customer and promoting Totalmobile’s full range of products and services, you’ll position yourself as a trusted advisor and partner in their journey. Every day will bring new opportunities to grow. You’ll onboard strategic customers, help them transition from new business to long-term partnerships, and work closely with regional sales managers to identify and seize opportunities across territories. Collaborating with our pre-sales team, you’ll arrange impactful demonstrations and presentations, showing how our technology transforms workforce safety. Your ability to stay organized and on top of every detail will be crucial. Using Salesforce to track activities, you’ll ensure processes are followed and provide accurate updates to the operations director and senior leadership. Whether you’re generating your own leads, building relationships at industry events, or working with partners, you’ll thrive on the variety and scope of this role. Skills and Experience To succeed, you’ll need at least two years of experience in lead generation, sales, or pre-sales. You’ll be a natural communicator with exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, able to persuade and build trust with customers and colleagues alike. Self-motivated and results-driven, you’ll bring a structured approach to your work, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Your technical fluency will be a strength, as you’ll quickly learn and sell new applications and technologies. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, along with a high level of competence in MS Office tools, will enable you to work efficiently and effectively. Experience in SaaS, selling field workforce management solutions, or working with partner organizations would be an advantage but is not essential.
