Conference and Banqueting Assistant Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Conference and Banqueting Assistant Manager to join our team at Elite Venue Selection. This role will provide a unique opportunity to work with a variety of clients and events, and to develop your skills in conference and banqueting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up and assist clients in the use of audio-visual equipment.
2. Arrange meet and greet events with organisers and serve as their point of contact.
3. Supervise, support, and train a team.
4. Be involved in Conference and Banqueting events as required.
5. Ensure a professional service is offered to clients.
6. Provide the highest level of presentation of event rooms.
7. Lead the department in the absence of the Conference and Events Manager.
Requirements:
* Experience in a supervisory or conference and banqueting role.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lead a team.
* Knowledge of conference and banqueting operations.
