Role Summary:
As the Operations Administrator for our Technical Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations. You will be responsible for supporting the technical team in the coordination and administration of projects, documentation, and processes, contributing to the timely delivery of high-quality developments.
What you will do:
1. Support the technical lead in the day to day running of the department. This will involve administrative support and liaising with all team members across multiple projects ensuring smooth daily operations.
2. Assist individual technical team members by liaising with external consultants to obtain fee proposals, manage appointments, and co-ordinate work streams to promote productivity.
3. Assist in managing departmental budgets, invoices, and purchase orders, tracking of project fee budgets, for both external consultants and internal resources.
