Here is an opportunity for you if you prefer a busy and interactive environment, and where the team works collaboratively with managers and directors.
You'll work from 8 am until 5 pm Monday to Thursday, and everyone clocks off early on a Friday. The role is fully office-based, but this is your preference anyway.
You will need experience working with customers in some way - maybe you're currently in hospitality or retail - but don't worry if you haven't worked in an office before. The main thing here is you know how to provide excellent service, and you're happy speaking to people over the phone.
You're someone who is organised and feels achievement by solving problems. And when it comes to dealing with issues, you think practically and have a knack for turning unhappy customers around.
Your role will be to support the daily planning and scheduling of work for newly built residential properties. Working closely with an experienced Scheduling Manager, who will support you with training, some of the key things you'll be responsible for are:
1. Coordinating and scheduling installations.
2. Identifying customers' needs and scheduling technicians to carry out work and repairs.
3. Completing installation paperwork and customer handover packs.
4. Liaising with site managers, project managers, technicians and customers.
5. Coordinating special access for sites and ensuring relevant health and safety documentation is complete.
There is free parking on and around the site. The business' annual leave entitlement is 21 days.
