Our Community Service Centre in Sleaford is currently looking for a new Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team to provide customer service to our Wheelchair Services service users. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can help us in our mission to improve people s quality of life and independence every day. Our services allow people to remain in their homes, preventing the need for them to stay in hospital for any longer than is necessary, allowing the NHS to deliver frontline care where it is needed most. Our Customer Service Advisors are a pivotal part of the success of the service we provide. From arranging deliveries and collections of equipment with service users to answering inbound calls from Service Users and Occupational Therapists, your role as a Customer Service Advisor will be varied. You will need an excellent telephone manner, have the ability to empathise with our service users and be methodical in your approach to work, ensuring tasks are completed. With excellent organisational skills, you'll also be someone used to inputting and updating system information in line with our processes. As well as assisting Service Users, you will also liaise with internal and external parties to ensure the service runs smoothly. This role requires strong computer skills and previous experience in customer service roles. This role will provide support to our Lincolnshire Wheelchair services team, as we provide our services across Lincolnshire.
