Job Description: What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Extensive experience of leading technology testing and training function as part of large transformation programs Testing automation experience and respective tooling expertise (e.g. TOSCA) Experience in building training and change management strategies and execution in complex large programs SAP S4 projects or procurement technology implementation experience is a plus Experience leading projects, familiarity with Mars project and program framework is a plus Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, change management. What will be your key responsibilities? Define, design, plan and execute Testing and Training strategy for S2P capabilities in scope of Digital Core S2P workstream in partnership with Segments deployment teams, GxOs, Solution Architects, 3 rd party partners to ensure successful go lives and change management. Responsible to ensure that testing and training strategy covers end-to-end functionality, integrations, data, business processes in scope of Digital Core for the identified personas and content is created based on persona needs. Deliver testing automation for S4 shared template and Common EDGE solutions in partnership with GDO tooling and test automation teams. Provide clear testing and training plans and framework in alignment with Digital Core guidelines and change management teams. Develop relevant test scripts and automations needed using standard tooling and managing 3 rd party to deliver. Lead 3 rd party Testing team, ensure collaboration with Segment DT teams. Analyse S2P workstream training needs in partnership with Enterprise and Segment Bis, Segment DT, GxOs Responsible for training materials being created and maintained throughout the program duration. Responsible for training materials translations leveraging 3 rd party providers as necessary. Deliver train the trainer sessions to the Segment deployment teams in partnership with GxOs, Solution Architects, Segment DT teams.
