The Workforce Psychological Wellbeing Team is committed to promoting the psychological wellbeing of all staff working within our trust. As a Band 5 Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in providing individual psychological therapy to staff members experiencing work-related difficulties. You will collaborate closely with our team of Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors to ensure the highest quality of care.
