As a Customer Experience Ambassador, think of yourself as the face of your restaurant. In a nutshell, you'll deal with customers and ensure everything runs smoothly in the customer areas. Responsibilities include:
1. Making children feel welcome and handing out balloons.
2. Organizing special events.
3. Looking after customers' specific needs.
4. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets.
5. Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
6. Establishing and maintaining positive communication with customers.
7. Keeping the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
You'll be working in a fast-moving, high-energy environment, and we’re looking for a genuine smile plus an ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued. Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behavior will come naturally to you, and you’ll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, verbal communication, and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively is essential.
